As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those demands.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving high-quality talent pipelines, analyzing recruitment trends, and communicating insights to inform future hiring decisions. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with hiring managers, senior business stakeholders, and key HR contacts.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in ensuring governance and compliance within the organization. This includes staying up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to these standards.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in search/RPO firms or equivalent, coupled with excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of professional networks and job portals, with a focus on manufacturing, sales & marketing, corporate roles, and industries such as steel, mining, chemical, agrochemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and FMCG
  • Headhunting skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality talent pipelines
  • A positive attitude towards work, with a high target and delivery orientation
