**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent sales prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional customer relationship management abilities
  • In-depth product knowledge and ability to articulate technical concepts

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region

**Roles and Responsibilities**

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals
