We're seeking a skilled Deductions and Collections Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve collections on past due invoices & invalid deductions via email, phone calls, etc.

You'll be responsible for responding to queries related to disputed invoices, researching disputes/deductions in ERP, and following up with departments to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in OTC domain, specifically in collections management, and a deep understanding of upstream and downstream collection/exceptions.

A strong understanding of SAP ERP is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collections on past due invoices & invalid deductions
  • Responding to email/phone queries related to disputed invoices
  • Researching and analyzing disputes/deductions in ERP
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH DEPARTMENTS TO RESOLVE ISSUES
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and monitor past dues
  • Implementing collections strategy to reduce past due
  • Resolving issues to expedite cases and avoid adverse customer impact

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Meaningful work experience
  • Prior collections management experience is an added advantage

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
