Job Summary:

Futé Services is seeking a skilled Telemarketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering inbound calls/customer queries related to our services
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with a high productivity rate
  3. Good knowledge in mail drafting
  4. Exceptional customer service skills
  5. Keep records of calls

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an outbound call center
  2. Minimum of 1 year of Tele-sales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory
  3. Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  4. Excellent communication skill in Hindi
