Telemarketer Role and Responsibilities
  • Make phone calls to potential clients from our database to promote our services.
  • Deliver a consistent sales pitch to ensure alignment with our sales program.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about home improvement projects or goals.
  • Arrange appointments with prospective customers based on team member availability.
  • Ensure the maintenance of computer, telephone, and other equipment.
  • Provide training to other telemarketers as required.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisory staff.
  • Escalate customer complaints to supervisors for quality control.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with potential customers.
Telemarketer Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree required.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Able to type at a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
  • Results-driven and willing to work on a commission basis.
  • Able to handle rejection on a daily basis.
