Job Opportunity: Diesel Generator Sales Specialist
Sales specialists play a vital role in promoting diesel generator solutions to various industries. As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies for Perkins, Cummins, Kirloskar, and Mahindra generator sets.
- Spare Parts Sales & Technical Support: Manage inquiries and sales for diesel and gas generator spare parts, focusing on genuine and OEM components.
- Market Analysis & Expansion: Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine product positioning.
- Technical Liaison: Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure seamless installation, commissioning, and handover of generator systems.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on sales experience in diesel generator sales, particularly with Perkins, Cummins, Kirloskar, and Mahindra brands.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of diesel generators, control systems, and genuine spare parts.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strategic and consultative approach.
