Job Title

The objective of this role is to provide high-quality support and contribute to the success of our organization through effective call audits, documentation, and feedback.

  • Conduct thorough call audits to evaluate advisor performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to advisors for continuous improvement.
  • Document call assessments and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop coaching programs based on audit findings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a call quality auditor or in a quality assurance role within a sales-oriented call center.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and inside sales outreach operations.
  • Excellent analytical and observation skills.
  • Effective communication and feedback delivery.
