Key Responsibilities:

  2. Define the transportation process from the FC to delivery stations">
  3. Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the sortation team to manage peak time deliveries">
  4. Lead a team of process associates and problem solvers">
  5. Continuously improve throughput and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement">
  6. Analyse data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements">

Essential Functions:

  • Defining the transportation process from FC to delivery stations">
  • Ensuring enough bandwidth in sortation team to ensure peak time delivery management">
  • Leading a team of process associates and problem solvers">
  • Continuously improving the through put and attaining a sustained level of delivery performance improvement">
  • Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance">

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent">
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand, walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach">
  • 1 year of Microsoft Office products and applications experience">
  • Flexible schedule shift work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
