Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product UX Designer to join our team at Thinkwise Consulting LLP. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our enterprise generative AI products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Ownership: Own end-to-end design for generative AI experiences, including user flows, prompt interactions, and agentic interfaces.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Rapidly prototype and test designs with real users to inform design decisions.
  • Design Systems and UI Consistency: Develop and maintain component libraries and style systems to ensure predictable, scalable, and pixel-perfect UX.
  • Design Research and Testing: Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to inform AI behavior and trust in UI interfaces.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to translate feature requirements into intuitive design experiences.

Must-Have Expertise & Skills

  • Minimum 5–8 years of dedicated product or interaction design experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including interactive components, prototyping, auto layout, and design systems.
  • Strong visual and interaction design instincts, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX design.
  • Experience with generative-AI user experiences, including prompt-based interactions and conversational flows.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to present design strategy and storytelling to non-design stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Attributes

  • Interest or experience in AI/ML interfaces, contextual prompting, or display of model responses.
  • Familiarity with design implications for trust, transparency, and model behavior in AI experience design.
