Sr UX Designer Role

We are seeking a passionate Sr UX Designer to take up the challenge of crafting exceptional product experiences.

As a Sr UX Designer, you will work on exciting products with some of the world's most innovative founders.

  • Interact with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Research and create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to lay the foundation for outstanding product experiences.
  • Present research findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to help clients visualize user journeys.
  • Guide the development team on user journey requirements ensuring seamless execution.
  • Create high-quality user interfaces that meet client expectations.
  • Ensure the development team has all necessary design assets in a timely manner.
  • Closely review development builds and provide feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are implemented.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident, organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick learner, and driven to excel.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for Mobile App Development projects.
  • Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Broad knowledge of the app development process.
  • Ability to develop new concepts and aid clients in innovation.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma.
  • Design thinking skills with the ability to think creatively.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodologies enhances application strength.
