Senior UX Design Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Senior UX Design Lead to drive the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing innovative solutions that meet product goals, user needs, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards that ensure consistency across products.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support to help them grow professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading design teams and driving design processes from concept to delivery.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills, deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and ability to apply them in real-world projects.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
