Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience Designer to lead and mentor a team of designers in shaping product experiences for healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams.

  • Leverage expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools to create and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency and scalability.
  • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for our healthcare applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role. They will possess hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and stakeholder management.

A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy is essential. Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) is also required. The ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives and exceed user expectations.
  • Mentor junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and analysts to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or SaaS product design is highly valued.
