About the Role

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this capacity, you'll be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Presentation of product demos and creation of presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintenance of a strong sales pipeline and tracking progress using CRM tools.
  • Negotiation of contracts and pricing, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Blding and maintaining long-term client relationships for future opportunities.
  • Providing consultative advice on AI software and solutions.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Reporting on sales performance and predicting future opportunities.
  • Creation and tracking of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software and AI sales, with a proven track record.
  • Experience working with Middle East clientele is a must.
  • Strong cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
  • Ability to explain complex software and AI solutions to various audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation software.
  • Strong customer-focused approach and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and understanding of business processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
