high-performance sales strategy
to drive membership growth and revenue expansion.Identify and capitalize on
new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and franchise partnerships
to increase revenue.Research
market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
to create competitive sales strategies.Optimize pricing models
for memberships, personal training, and add-on services to maximize revenue.Membership Sales & Revenue TargetsOwn and drive
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
for gym memberships, personal training, and upselling services.Develop promotional campaigns, referral programs, and discounts to
attract and retain customers .Ensure that the
membership sales team meets and exceeds sales quotas
through performance monitoring and coaching.Oversee
corporate wellness programs and group memberships
to drive bulk sales.Lead Management & Customer AcquisitionCreate
lead generation funnels
through online marketing, social media, and local outreach.Manage and track
incoming leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates
using CRM tools.Train the sales team on
effective customer engagement, closing techniques, and upselling strategies .Collaborate with
marketing teams to create compelling ad campaigns and promotional events .Team Leadership & TrainingLead, mentor, and train a team of
sales executives, membership consultants, and business development managers .Establish a
high-performance sales culture
focused on customer service and relationship building.Conduct
regular training sessions on sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management .Set up
incentive programs and commission structures
to boost team motivation and productivity.Customer Retention & ExperienceDevelop strategies to
increase member retention and reduce churn .Implement
personalized engagement programs, loyalty rewards, and referral benefits .Work closely with the
operations and customer support teams
to enhance the overall customer experience.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience
in sales, business development, or revenue management, preferably in the
fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry .Strong background in
gym membership sales, corporate partnerships, and fitness industry trends .Proven ability to
drive revenue, meet aggressive sales targets, and lead high-performing teams .Experience with
CRM tools, sales automation, and data-driven decision-making .Excellent
negotiation, communication, and leadership skills .Ability to
analyze customer data and market trends
