Job Overview:
Propshop is seeking a highly motivated and strategic

Director – Sales

to drive revenue growth, manage sales operations, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Team Leadership:

Manage, train, and mentor a team of sales managers and executives to ensure high performance.
Revenue Growth:

Identify new sales opportunities, optimize lead conversion, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
Market Expansion:

Identify emerging market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and explore new business opportunities.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Lead high-value negotiations and ensure smooth transactions.
Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Process Optimization:

Improve sales processes, track performance metrics, and implement best practices for efficiency.

Requirements:
Experience:

6-10 years in real estate sales, with

at least 2-4 years in a leadership role

(Sales Manager/Associate Director/Director level).
Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Skills: Exceptional

leadership and team management abilities
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and client-handling expertise
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Other: Comfortable

with fieldwork and client meetings
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets
Own vehicle (Four Wheeler)
