Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth in rural markets, responsible for leading the tractor finance initiative across India and building strategic partnerships.

As a National Sales Manager – Tractor, you will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies for tractor loans, driving disbursements through various channels, leading and mentoring sales teams, expanding geographic reach, and partnering with industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute national sales strategy for tractor loans
  • Drive disbursements through DSA, OEM, and dealer channels
  • Lead and mentor zonal, regional, and area sales managers
  • Expand geographic reach and onboard new distribution partners
  • Partner with tractor OEMs, dealers, and agri-influencers
  • Ensure portfolio quality with strong compliance and minimal NPAs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 12–18 years of relevant experience in tractor finance or rural lending
  • At least 3–5 years in a national-level sales leadership role
  • Strong network and relationship management with OEMs & dealers
  • Ability to lead large, dispersed teams and drive results
  • Deep understanding of rural/agri-finance market dynamics
