By integrating these women into the economic mainstream, the initiative aims to not only alleviate poverty but also create a ripple effect of empowerment throughout their communities. These women, often overlooked and marginalized, are given opportunities to develop skills, access resources, and participate actively in the economy.

A key objective of U-Turn4Nature is to make these rural women competitive according to global market standards. This involves comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of production, quality control, and market linkage. By equipping women with the necessary skills and knowledge, U-Turn4Nature ensures that their products meet high standards of quality, making them viable in both domestic and international markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive/ AM Sales Executive with strong retail experience to tap into new retail store opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and drive sales growth. You will be the face of our brand to retail partners, ensuring our products reach more shelves and more customers every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new retail stores, supermarkets, and specialty outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and purchasing managers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals ensuring profitable margins.
  • Monitor in-store product visibility and merchandising.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in FMCG / retail sales (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Strong network in the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Passion for sustainable and socially impactful products.
