Job TitleAccount Manager and Service Expert:
  • Execute account opening, maintenance, and closure processes in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling instructions, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain adherence to documentation standards, including welcome calling, approvals, and forms management.
  • Foster collaboration with various stakeholders, such as NOC, Product, and Sales RM teams.
  • Ensure the quality of submitted documents and conduct thorough scrutiny of transactional documents.
  • Address transaction-related inquiries and provide prompt resolutions for escalations.
  • Monitor and analyze customer queries and complaints to improve process efficiency.
  • Stay proactive in new product and system rollouts and participate in coordination with relationship managers.
  • Implement 5S, ISO 9001:2000, and Six Sigma standards to meet set quality parameters.
  • Comply with internal and regulatory requirements, resolve audit findings, and ensure branch safety and security.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Possess strong discipline, punctuality, attendance, and grooming standards.
  • Escalate issues impacting business and propose solutions to BSDL.
  • Manage local vendors and agency relationships effectively.
  • Take charge of branch upkeep and maintenance, ensuring cost control.
  • Have thorough knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and retail products.
