Financial Planning Manager Job Description

The primary function of this role is to oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.

Key responsibilities include managing cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for operational needs, leading cost analysis, control, and reduction initiatives, coordinating internal and external audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce expenses.
  • Conduct regular financial performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

This role requires a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have experience in managing month-end closing activities, preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Responsibilities require:

  • A Certified Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
