Job Description:

  • Ensure the profitable delivery of operations and control of costs & overheads through achievement of business targets for Gross Operating Profit (GOP).
  • Responsible for the delivery and expansion of business and margin in all operations ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and policies.
  • Support new business development through promotion and costing of products & services, response to tenders & proposals which deliver new business in Integrated Facilities Management activities.
  • Establish and maintain multi-level relationships with clients to ensure a full understanding of their hierarchy and strategic vision.
  • Meet customer expectations under each client agreement and prepare timely financial reports; report on these to Regional Head on a monthly basis.
  • Recover overdue payments from internal and external clients and manage contractor payments effectively with Sodexo Finance.
  • Mentor and maintain a strong working relationship with Business Development & Operational Teams.
  • Liaise with the team to align with the business goals and vision.
  • Ensure quality by adhering to service standards.
  • Drive monthly objectives with clients and action plans for closure.
  • Audit Quality Health Safety Environment Score and action plan, Golden Rule Tracker, invoices, Client Satisfaction Metrics, Business Process Review, and Resource Planning Tool.
