Job Title: Industrial Equipment Specialist

Lead in maintaining industrial equipment, specifically machine shop operations. This role involves overseeing maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the upkeep of grinding machines, turning centers, and machining centers, with a focus on crank shaft, cam shaft, gear machining, and precision machining.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks for induction hardening, gantry maintenance, and CNC/PLC systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors to repair or replace PLC/CNC cards, drives, PCBs, and other critical components.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain effective preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.

Requirements include a diploma in electrical/electronics engineering or a related field, along with relevant industry experience.
