Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue through new business development and upselling/cross-selling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
