About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team at HomeLane. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating and closing new sales opportunities by utilizing a consultative approach to selling.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect relentlessly to build a strong pipeline and develop lasting relationships with prospects.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience from initial contact to conversion, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with our talented interiors design team to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Evaluate and resolve complex issues proactively, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in managing customer relationships and leading sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
