Marketplace Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to oversee the end-to-end operations of our e-commerce marketplaces. This role involves managing listings, coordinating inventory, processing orders, handling claims, and improving customer experience—all critical for driving online sales growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage listings across multiple platforms, ensuring product details, pricing, and images are accurate and optimized.
- Improve product visibility and ranking through platform tools and strategies.
- Oversee order processing and on-time dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with warehouses and logistics for stock planning and management.
- Investigate customer claims related to damage, delivery delays, or product issues.
- Validate order data and platform policy terms to provide resolutions or escalate disputes professionally.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce portals and marketplace tools.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/OMS systems for efficient inventory management.
- Advanced MS Excel and data reporting capabilities to analyze trends and optimize processes.
- Excellent communication and issue resolution skills to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Experience in claim and order management to handle complex cases.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Graduate in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- (MBA or PGDM preferred)
