Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female HR Specialist to drive strategic HR initiatives and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, including experience in a multinational company, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration process.
  4. Handle employee relations issues and provide support to staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  5. Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives, driving employee growth and engagement.
  6. Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring a competitive and attractive offering.
  7. Facilitate training and development sessions for employees, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  8. Develop and manage employee engagement programs, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  9. Additional Responsibilities:
  10. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  12. Manage employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews, ensuring a smooth transition and gathering valuable insights.
  13. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  14. Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management, informing strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, including experience in a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
