With a passionate team of over 20 talented photographers, filmmakers, editors, and designers, we craft visual artistry with a signature focus on colors, emotions, and aesthetics.
We are in pursuit of an exceptional Business Head to spearhead the growth and excellence of our premium brand. This leadership role is central to shaping our vision, elevating operational excellence, and curating unparalleled client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Finance and Operations:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and operational costs to enhance profitability.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals.
- Business Strategy:
- Create and execute strategies for sustainable growth and innovation.
We are looking for a proven leader in the luxury or wedding industry who possesses expertise in financial management, communication, and negotiation. Proficiency in CRM, financial, and project management tools is also required.
