Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Overseas Recruiter to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in overseas recruitment and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates from overseas for various job positions
  • Review and analyze job applications and resumes
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and skills
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist in the negotiation and onboarding process of selected candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies and universities
  • Stay updated with immigration and visa regulations for different countries
  • Provide support and guidance to overseas candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements
  • Utilize online job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates
  • Familiarity with IT and technical positions is a plus
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • A strong understanding of international hiring practices and immigration procedures is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools
