Join CESIT as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in recruiting and selecting top talent for CESIT. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best candidates.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for all roles within CESIT, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand upcoming workforce needs, skill gaps, and critical hiring priorities.
  • Create and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the business unit's objectives and growth trajectory.
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate experience feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience working in campus hiring.
  • Skilled in developing and analyzing recruitment reports and metrics utilizing Excel or Power BI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and account managers effectively.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and proactively do self-sourcing for senior positions and help in onboarding quality candidates.
  • Good experience using any applicant tracking system (ATS).
