About this role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive the identification, testing, and scaling of strategic projects that can unlock new growth or operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on position requiring comfort with ambiguity, strong execution skills, and collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end project ownership: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Performance data analysis and user feedback to inform recommendations on whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives.
  • Developing internal documentation and frameworks to capture and share learnings across the organisation.
  • Contributing to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market or internal needs.
  • Providing structured problem-solving and strategic input as a thought partner to leadership.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, product ops, consulting, growth, or program/project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; Excel, basic SQL, or data platforms proficiency a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - enjoying solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments, internal strategy/innovation teams, or startups preferred.
