Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through onboarding, issue resolution, and goal achievement support. You will also lead technical deep-dives during pre-sales conversations, customize demos, and partner with Account Executives to answer tough product questions. Furthermore, you will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.

You will proactively monitor usage to ensure customers get the most out of our platform, run quarterly business reviews that make customers feel valued, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities without being salesy.

Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and grow revenue.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with SaaS products, APIs, and tools like Salesforce, Apollo, or Sales Navigator
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for learning and growing within the organization
