Digital IT Transformation Lead

The Digital IT Transformation Lead will spearhead the digital transformation agenda across various entities.

This role is pivotal in orchestrating the delivery of both custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions, in long-term establishing a robust data lake infrastructure, and embedding AI-enabled applications across all IT functional departments such as HR, Finance, Quality etc..

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Drive enterprise-wide strategic priorities and ensure alignment with digital initiatives.
  • Develop and scale data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams to anchor digitalization and tooling strategies.
  • Establish success metrics for Digitalization projects and report insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the delivery of COTS and custom IT solutions, championing design thinking and agile methodologies.
  • Drive the strategic adoption of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Embed AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a robust data lake infrastructure.
  • Anchor software engineering practices and enable delivery of Product MVPs in collaboration with departments.
  • Ensure strategic compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives.

The leader will be a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, ensuring that digital initiatives align with enterprise goals and objectives.
