Beauty Training Lead

This is a challenging role that requires a professional with extensive experience in training and development within the beauty or personal care industry. The ideal candidate will have led pan-India TTT programs and possess a strong grasp of makeup and skincare.

Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive training curricula and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners.
  • Develop multi-format content, including decks, playbooks, videos, role-plays, and quizzes, in Hindi and English.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, roadshows, and monthly masterclasses to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Partner with NPD/R&D teams to translate INCI and benefits into accurate demos and ensure compliant claims.
  • Establish learning management systems (LMS), track training progress, and report impact through dashboards.
  • Hire and manage regional trainers, onboard channel trainers, and manage external academies/vendors.
  • Owning training budgets and vendor service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India TTT programs.
  • Strong understanding of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain INCI and shade science simply.
  • Bilingual: Hindi and English; confident facilitator and on-camera presenter.
  • Data-driven; advanced spreadsheet skills; familiar with LMS.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and launches; high comfort level with travel.
  • Plus: MT/EBO experience, cosmetology certification, basic visual merchandising (VM) skills.
