Job Title: Junior Revenue Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our hotel portfolio.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with room rates, availability, and promotions.
    • Support senior RMs with daily analysis and reports.
    • Monitor OTA channels (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) and update content/rates.
    • Coordinate with sales and reservations teams.
    • Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities.
    • Share daily activity updates with internal teams and hotel owners.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Basic Hotel Experience: Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
  • Strong Interest in Revenue Management: You should have a strong interest in revenue management and be eager to learn and grow in this field.
  • Good Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PMS, and OTA extranets is required.
  • Comfortable Working Remote: You should be comfortable working remotely during US shift hours.
  • Strong Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for success in this role.

Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM (1-hour break)

Work Days: 6 days/week
