Key Responsibilities
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for setting revenue and sales targets, reviewing and evaluating Channel partners, and ensuring Distribution planning and execution intensity. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and HSW norms by employees and extended teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Telco/FMCG
- In-depth understanding of Distribution ecosystem
- Market understanding and development
- Detailed Sales and Distribution planning
- Motivate team and build capability
- Skilled in conflict management
- Basic budget management skills
- Graduate, MBA preferred
- English and local market language
- Skilled in performance analytics, review, and driving team target achievement
