Job Description

As a Sales and Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and collection targets in assigned territories through distributors. Your key objectives will include appointing and developing primary and secondary channel partners, establishing a distribution network for aftermarket products at retail and workshop levels, and implementing sales promotion programs in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and collection targets
  • Appoint and develop primary and secondary channel partners
  • Establish a distribution network for aftermarket products
  • Implement sales promotion programs
  • Manage customer relationships

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in channel sales in the automotive aftermarket
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing functions
  • Good communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively
