Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering innovative AI and cloud-based solutions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring project velocity, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide agile teams through the development and delivery of AI and cloud-based projects.
  • Ensure strong communication across executives, subject matter experts, and engineering teams.
  • Drive project velocity and stakeholder alignment while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing AI and cloud ecosystem projects as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their adaptation to AI/cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and exposure to AI/ML/LLM-based projects.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or innovation-driven environment.
  • Understanding of FinOps, policy-as-code, or cloud cost optimization practices.
  • Familiarity with LLMOps/MLOps pipelines, AI agent workflows, or data governance frameworks.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus.
