Senior Project CoordinatorJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our software development projects.Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate Agile software development projects by supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and project milestones.You will facilitate communication and collaboration between internal Agile teams and external stakeholders to align on project objectives and requirements.Maintaining and distributing Agile project documentation is also a crucial aspect of this role, including sprint plans, product backlogs, user stories, sprint review notes, and retrospectives.
  • Track sprint progress, impediments, and dependencies; escalate issues and coordinate resolution to maintain sprint velocity and delivery timelines.
  • Organize and coordinate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support release planning and coordinate deployment activities in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams.
Key Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 3 years in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar Agile certification.
  • Experience working in software development or IT services industries.
