Job Title:

Sales Director for Consumer Goods

At Chit Chat Chai, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives for premium tea and botanical blends.

About the Role:

This is a critical leadership position aimed at driving growth across Retail, B2B channels, HORECA, and institutional sales, while building a strong distribution network for Chit Chat Chai products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for expanding Chit Chat Chai's footprint across B2B, HORECA, and IT sectors.
  • Define revenue goals and ensure their consistent achievement.
  • Establish grassroots-level B2B channel relationships.
  • Create and nurture partnerships in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) and IT ecosystems.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
  • Launch creative campaigns to position Chit Chat Chai as a preferred choice in its category.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven sales culture.
  • Partner with Teadom Ventures' marketing and operations teams to align strategies and optimize product distribution.
  • Build long-term partnerships with distributors and corporate clients.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills and Account Management capabilities
  • Strong Sales and Team Management experience
  • Proficiency in Sales Management
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive sales strategies
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
