Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director - Channel Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective channel development and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize sales channels to maximize revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, distributors, and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales or channel development, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • MBA from a premier Institute
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.
