About the Role
A Senior Technical Delivery Manager at Yubi Group leads multiple cross-functional projects from definition to launch, ensuring customer engagements and engineering deliverables meet high standards. They contribute to process improvements and portfolio maturation, building expertise and best practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects, including scope definition, roadmap planning, resource allocation, and project execution for multiple products.
- Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to define products and provide updates on programs.
- Drive delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of projects, including planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation.
- Identify innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolve issues through consensus and sound judgment.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and customer deliverables.
- Make delivery decisions, achieving tactical goals while retaining strategic focus.
- Guide teams through all project phases, from requirements gathering to deployment and metrics tracking, using Agile Scrum software development methodology.
Requirements
To succeed as a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience working on startup products in the B2B, B2C, or SaaS space.
- At least 7+ years of technical program management experience in a related industry.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- An obsession with customer experience, attention to detail, and the ability to think abstractly.
- Leadership and direction to delivery teams, handling operational issues related to the delivery center.
- Technology background, especially in a service-oriented environment with a deep understanding of software development.
- Proven track record of leading large cross-functional projects.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners for the program.
- Good judgment, balancing long-term strategic investments with near-term business goals.
- Ability to provide architectural guidance and direction throughout the project life cycle.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills, including discovering true requirements, recommending alternative approaches, and leading engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines.
Salary Estimate
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
