Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the Human Resources organization from our Global HRIS team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in uploading, processing, and reporting on transactions related to employee and payroll data.
  • Work with employees, the HR team, external vendors, and government entities to ensure accurate data is provided.
  • Support the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including process maps, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all global HR inquiries, providing timely and effective support through various channels.
  • Administer and maintain Global HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security for all employee groups.
  • Support U.S. payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide system support and optimize global and regional HR systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in HR operations, human resources systems work, payroll audits or related areas.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a ticketing system and achieving high resolution rates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage a high volume of global inquiries professionally.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in generating and presenting HR reports.
