Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talented individuals with a keen eye for detail are sought after to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting phone screens and partnering with recruiters in all phases of interviews.

You will interact frequently with candidates, recruiters, and interviewers, ensuring that interviews are executed seamlessly. Your exceptional customer service focus, combined with your ability to work efficiently, will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet hiring demand through efficient interview coordination and screening
  • Manually reach out to candidates to gather availability details and screen them according to business requirements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all partnerships during the recruitment process are acknowledged and completed within prescribed time
  • Initiate background checks and ensure they are completed on time
  • Follow up with candidates during various stages of the recruitment process to prevent lag or delays

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to work on multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or similar software
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment
