As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks including housekeeping, pest control, transportation, security, and pantry management. Your duties will also include managing office supplies and stationery stock, placing orders when necessary, and coordinating with vendors for courier, transport, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 1-3 Years of Work Experience in Admin Operation.
- Coordination with Custom authority for ID Cards, Visitors permissions, Vehicle permission.
- Focus on quick and effective resolution of emergencies.
- Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
