Job Title: Key Business Operations Coordinator
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide day-to-day business operations support to our department, ensuring seamless coordination with our sales and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for social media content requirements.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the department.
- Maintain records, reports, and communication flow.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as required.
We are looking for a highly organized individual with:
- At least 2 years of experience in an admin/coordinator role, preferably with some exposure to sales/marketing support.
- Basic understanding and hands-on experience with social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer usage.
- Excellent communication skills and working knowledge of English.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
