
IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional IT support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
As a key member of the End User Services team, you will play a vital role in troubleshooting complex technical problems, managing IT assets, deploying hardware, and providing hands-on assistance to users.
You will work closely with your peers to resolve technical issues, address tickets related to Windows 10, Office 365, and other corporate systems.
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing face-to-face technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Addressing tickets related to Windows 10, Office 365, VPN, MFA, and remote access
- Supporting technologies like Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, VDI, and other client OS environments
- Using ServiceNow for incident management, asset tracking, and user request handling
- Conducting remote troubleshooting and guiding users through resolutions
- Participating in hardware deployment and decommissioning, including managing loaner devices
- Maintaining accurate asset records and supporting compliance processes
- Supporting end users with BYOD and personal devices
- Hosting product demos, providing training, and promoting technology adoption
- Escalating unresolved issues while maintaining SLA compliance
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 1-3 years of experience in Desktop/Help Desk Support
- Any graduate with 15 years of formal education
- Expertise in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop/laptop troubleshooting
- A strong working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Experience with Citrix environments, Office 365, and mobile device configuration
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- The ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts as per business needs
- Excellent communication, empathy, and customer service skills
- Organizational discipline for asset and vendor management
