Lead Design Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Design Project Manager to lead our team of architects.
This is a key role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple projects from concept design to handover.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and guide a team of architects/senior architects on projects
- Manage the design and delivery for a range of project types
- Ensure project alignment with client goals and strive for excellence in design
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
- Demonstrable experience in large projects and leading teams
- Strong creative, visualization, interpersonal, presentation, leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
