Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team.

  • The primary responsibility will be to manage the liability product acquisition process, focusing on leads from digital channels and propensity-based sources. The successful candidate will deliver a superior customer experience to prospective liability clients, acting as a single point of contact until they are onboarded.
  • Achieving monthly business targets is crucial, with effective conversion ratios, suitable product mixes, defined average sourcing values, and cross-sales generating fee income across investments, assets, and cards.
  • Utilize applications, tools, and databases efficiently to provide end-to-end client support transparently, demonstrating proficiency in banking transactions and services.
  • The ideal candidate will strictly adhere to internal control policies, ensuring that organizational activities align with set guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Have 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the BFSI sector.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in systems related to Banking transactions and services.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and local languages.
  • Strong lead generation and conversion skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Successful teamwork experience.
  • High sales orientation to consistently meet sales targets.
  • Teamwork, verbal and written communication excellence, resilience, and motivation for developing a new department.
