This is an internship role for a Customer Support Specialist. The intern will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, resolving complaints, handling customer feedback, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information
- Resolve customer complaints and handle feedback effectively
- Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently pursuing a degree is preferred
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
