Job Overview

As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for educators, administrators, and technical coordinators seeking assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving technical issues across web and mobile platforms
  • Handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests via email, chat, and occasional phone support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate bugs or feature requests
  • Creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly help documentation and FAQs
  • Identifying recurring issues and trends, and contributing to process improvements

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless support experience, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • 5–6 years of professional experience in support or technical support
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms, preferably in education-related sectors
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex issues simply
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset
