Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 4-8 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a Veeva CRM environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and support methodologies.
